When it arrives
Tumble ships vacuum-compressed. Creases are normal on first unrolling and settle within 1 to 2 days as the foam recovers.
Everyday
Vacuum regularly on a low-suction setting to lift dust and crumbs from the flannel pile. Wipe spills with a damp cloth as soon as they happen. Blot, don’t rub.
For stubborn marks
Spot clean with a soft cloth, mild soap and cold water, or use the stain remover in your free care kit. Pat dry and air-dry flat.
A proper wash
The whole mat can be washed by hand. It can go fully into cold water without damage, in a bathtub or a shower area. Wash gently with a little mild detergent, then rinse with clean water. Press the water out with your hands, without wringing or twisting, then lay it flat to air-dry. Make sure it is completely dry before you use it again.

Machine wash. Bleach. Wring or twist.
