Refund policy

30 days to return

If a Maison Mayhem piece does not suit your home, you have 30 days from the day it is delivered to ask for a return. This includes pieces bought on offer, with a discount code or at a fair.

What we can take back

Returns need to be unopened, in the original packaging, exactly as they arrived. A Tumble mat must still be vacuum sealed. Once a piece has been unpacked or used we cannot take it back, unless it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered (see below).

How to start a return

Email hello@maisonmayhem.com or WhatsApp us on 8971 8129 with your order number. For orders delivered in Singapore, we arrange the collection from your address and pay for it.

Orders delivered to Malaysia, Hong Kong or Australia

The same 30 days apply, and returns need to be unopened, in the original packaging, with the Tumble mat still vacuum sealed. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and we send you the return address. You arrange and pay for the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and we have checked it, we refund you within 7 days, to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged in delivery or not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days of delivery, with a photo if you can. We replace it or refund it, whichever you prefer, and collect the original at our cost, wherever we delivered it.

Founding 50 reservations for Arc and Loaf

Your S$50 deposit is refundable in full at any time before delivery. Email or WhatsApp us and we refund it to your original payment method within 7 days. Once your Arc or Loaf is delivered, the 30 days above apply.

Loaf pre-orders, paid in full

You can cancel a Loaf pre-order any time before it is dispatched, and we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 7 days. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number. Once your Loaf is delivered, the 30 days above apply.
